Upon search of assistance, I was looking for quality service. In my mind, $50 dollars was a reasonable price for a tutor whom could help me. Mr. Kevin stated he is charging for the “hour worth of work as I was 45 minutes late for my appointment.” I am not sure what that means, but I did contact him and he made it seem like it was okay. I am completely astounded because I am still stuck at point one yet Mr. Kevin walks away with 50 dollars. There were two things I recall Mr. Kevin asked me in the session which was what is standard deviation? Also, what does probability of successes mean? Other than that we were stuck on one problem for an answer with no further guidance. As a student and single parent I was overcharged because Mr. Kevin could not provide help. Communication- there was not much communication about the lesson at all. More personal communication was done than actually getting the lesson taught. Professionalism- Okay. Punctuality- He was on time at site. Expertise- He lacked expertise and made a comment that “he hasn’t done this in years.” In reference to my Data Analysis Class (probability, standard deviation, mean, etc)

I cant say enough great things about Kevin's tutoring. I am 6 classes in while getting my MBA from Loyola University, but hadn't taken a Finance course yet. I got a 57% on the Midterm and knew I needed help badly! I began going to see Kevin as often as possible (sometimes 2x/week). He wasn't intimidating, but also made sure that I left with the ability to explain the mechanics of the material studied. I appreciated that he didn't just provide another lecture, he really let me talk through the problems so he could pinpoint what was clicking - and what wasn't. Such a success story - got an A on the final! and overall then received a B in the class.

I had a lesson with Kevin in which we barely got anywhere on the homework, and I learned nothing. He did not seem to know the material, and it often felt like he was guessing on basic problems. I would highly recommend not choosing him. His tutoring style is rude, and the entire time it feels like he is just trying to get money out of you. Honestly, you will be better off teaching yourself then going to him.

I am currently enrolled in grad school at Argosy University. Kevin had tutored me for an entire semester in Financial Management. He was one of the most patient tutors I have ever worked with. He was punctual and prompt upon each meeting. I had initially contacted numerous tutors, and Kevin had responded immediately, and was ready to meet the very next day. It was a comforting feeling working with someone who was so reliable. Being a student in a graduate level, Kevin was able to work with me and complete each assignment on a weekly basis. I would recommend Kevin to any student who is looking for a patient, reliable, and knowledgeable tutor.

Kevin is a great tutor, whenever I meet with him we go through learning objectives fundamentally and theoretically before we break it down into answers to questions. He aims to give the student a complete conceptual understanding instead of just the answers to questions. One of the ways he does this is by using the knowledge you already have in other skills to facilitate learning. For me, he uses my experience in accounting to help me with learn finance, on the surface the correlation is there, however Kevin dives deep to help you discover knowledge you may not have even known is there. Kevin has been my #1 asset this semester and my understanding of finance would wane greatly if it wasn't for tutoring sessions with Kevin.

I contacted Kevin a week after failing my graduate level corporate finance mid-term (55%). In desperation, I found this website, which led me to Kevin. Finance, up until this point, was more like Latin to me. After my first meeting with Kevin, I had a much clearer understanding of the course material. With three weeks left til the final exam, Kevin not only re-taught me everything through the mid-term, but also the material on the final as well. My final grade in the course was a B-. Kevin is patient, knowledgable, and extremely proficient in the subject matter he's teaching. He is worth every penny and you won't be disappointed!!!

After the session, I not only learned more about the finance industry and academic finance, but also become more confident about myself!
